Refund policy

We do not offer refunds, ONLY exchange once the order is placed. We do not accept returns nor exchange made to order pieces.

In case of a quality defect please notify ‘Natania by Deepika Rathi’ within 3 days of receiving the product, by email to natania.dee@gmail.com with your exchange request. Please include your order number/ order confirmation email, details of the piece you would like to exchange, photographs of the defect (if possible) and your reason for doing so.

You can send us the products for exchange using any secure courier service but we may not accept any liability.
